I was forced to buy a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Thailand, a ticket I never had any intention of using purely to be allowed to board the flight. This had to be paid for out of my own pocket and I would like a refund for this ticket as it was NOT required. I don’t know what power trip the lady at the check-in desk was on, but it was FALSE INFORMATION which caused me a great amount of distress at that moment in time and upset me greatly. I do not like to be given FALSE INFORMATION by a company who I supposed to trust and I certainly do not like to be told I cannot board an airline WHEN I COMPLIED WITH FLIGHT REGULATIONS.
